About the LHS Alumni Association

What do we do?

The association provides opportunities for members who have attended Lebanon High to keep in touch. You need not be a graduate of LHS in order to be a member of the Association. You must have attended LHS for one full school year.

The events that are sponsored each year are the Alumni Day parade, in which classes participate by building a theme-based float, a banquet and a dance which are usually held the first Saturday after graduation. These events are organized by the Alumni Association and paid for with monies collected through your donations and yearly dues and in part through the banquet dinner tickets. Please consider making a donation to the Alumni Association to keep these events going from year to year.

Seniors, your first Alumni dues are paid up until the following June after graduation by the Association. The Alumni Association welcomes LHS seniors to attend the meetings that are held on the second Thursday of every month at 6:00 pm at LHS. We REALLY want your ideas and suggestions. Your fresh and young ideas will help the Alumni Association by keeping the new graduates interested! Help us keep the Raider Spirit alive and ever growing!

Paying your dues entitles you to a newsletter which is produced and distributed to all members who have paid their dues or made donations. The newsletter helps keep members informed and connected. It contains the President's message, the Treasurer's report, parade rules and information regarding fellow class members and Alumni Day events.

The Lebanon Alumni Association Scholarships, which are given out each year to a total of 5 LHS graduating seniors, are sponsored by donations. These scholarships are given to the sons or daughters of a Lebanon High School graduate who will be continuing their education after graduation. The scholarships consist of one $1,000 per year award for up to four years of schooling, and four $500 one-time awards. Applications can be obtained in the guidance office.

All alumni are welcome to attend the meetings, the second Thursday of every month from September to June at 6:00 pm at LHS.
