2022 Banquet/Dance Information

KEEP AN EYE HERE FOR UPDATES FOR JUNE 2022!

SUBJECT TO CHANGE

We are introducing a 'cocktail hour' for those who would like to visit with one another in a quiet atmosphere before the dinner/dance begins. We will offer a few hors d'ouevres.

After dinner we will be dancing the evening away to music provided by a local DJ.

We'll be bringing back the photo booth which proved to be a big hit at our last event.

Anticipated menu for combined reunions on June 11, 2022, at the Fireside Inn:

4:15 – 5:30 Cocktails:

Scallops wrapped in bacon

Stuffed mushrooms

Raspberry brie in phyllo cup

5:30 Dinner Buffet

Garden Salad served at table

Fruit salad

Teriyaki steak tips

Garlic crusted pork loin

Roasted turkey w/cornbread stuffing

Dessert- TDB

Above will be served along with warm dinner rolls, whipped butter, coffee, tea and decaffeinated coffee.

This being the first year for offering a cocktail time, we went light on the number of hors d’oeuvres. There will be 100 pieces of each of the three. So if you’re planning on coming in to visit before the dinner, come early to get a taste of the delicious offerings. But don’t fret if you miss them, dinner will begin promptly at 5:30. Our business meeting will be at 6:45 and the dance will begin at 7:00.

The cost for dinner only is $40/person; dinner and dance combo is $50/person and dance only is $10. Dinner and dinner/dance combo reservations and payment must be made by June 5th. You can pay $10/person at the door for the dance as space is permitted.

2021 DUES/DONATIONS FORM

We need your help! If you don't have the time to commit to monthly meetings, please consider helping us out on Alumni Day. We need lots of help with getting tents, tables, chairs, etc from our storage unit to the park on Saturday morning. We then have to turn around in the afternoon to pack everything back up and get it all back to the storage unit. We also need people to help sell our hats, t-shirts, etc, help collect dues and man the guest books along with getting the floats in line for the parade. If you can lend a hand for any part of the day, please contact a board member today. Thank You!
